Return/Refund Policy

At Pressing Matters: Threads & Things LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:

 

Eligibility Criteria for Returns/Refunds:

1. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

2. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

3. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

4. Certain items, such as personalized or customized products, may not be eligible for return unless defective.
   
    

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our customer service team at kayla@pressingmatterstnt.com to request a return authorization.

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details about the item(s) being returned.

3. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and issue a return authorization number, if applicable.
   
    

Return Shipping:

1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

2. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

3. Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to verify eligibility for a refund or exchange.
    

Refund Process:

1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2. Once the returned item(s) have been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

3. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your payment provider.
   
    

Exchanges:

1. If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the replacement item(s) you would like in your return request.

2. Exchanges will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
